You were so young and so pretty I knew there was something special about you the first day I met you. That was the beginning of our lives but how were we to know where that one introduction would lead. We were always together hand in hand,whether in the hall or walking home from school. As time went by our love became stronger with each day we knew in our hearts that we would be together someday

I remember when we would dream about the future,and all we wanted to have and the sparkle in you eyes when we talked about children. I saw that sparkle when our first son was born.and again with the second and today it is still there.As our sons become men I have you to thank for being there with them all these years. I can see your love in both of them you have truly been a wonderful mother.You have made our house a home.

I have to be the luckiest man in the world to have you as my wife through the years you have always stood behind me on any decision I made you were always there when I needed that lift of encouragement, you never gave up on me, when times were hard you were there to listen to me complain without saying a word you would take my hand and I knew somehow it would all work out.
You are the backbone that has kept this family together, without you I would have nothing.

As a man I try to stand tall and be strong,as a husband and father I try to show courage and love, but it is only through you that I can do this, for you see
